CrowdStrike guides fiscal 2027 revenue to $5.87B-$5.93B

CrowdStrike's first full-year fiscal 2027 outlook, issued with the fourth-quarter results, called for total revenue of $5,867.6 million to $5,927.6 million and ARR of $6,465.8 million to $6,516.4 million. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was guided to $4.78 to $4.90. The company later raised this range in June with its first-quarter results.
