Nvidia invests $2 billion in Marvell and launches NVLink Fusion partnership

Nvidia said it has invested $2 billion in Marvell and will connect Marvell to its AI infrastructure through NVLink Fusion. Marvell will supply custom processors and NVLink Fusion-compatible scale-up networking, and the two will collaborate on silicon photonics, optical interconnects and AI-RAN for 5G and 6G. The release gave no share count or ownership terms.
