Nebius unveils partner-funded data-center model for its AI cloud

Nebius introduced a business model in which partners finance, own and operate data centers, and Nebius deploys its full-stack AI cloud on that infrastructure and sells the capacity. The company says it gets extra capacity with little new capital spending, while partners own AI infrastructure built to Nebius standards. Nebius said it has already signed initial arrangements, but named no partners and gave no capacity or revenue figures.
