CyberArk convertible notes become exchangeable into PANW stock and cash

At closing, a supplemental indenture changed CyberArk's 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030 so they can no longer convert into CyberArk shares. The notes are now exchangeable into Palo Alto Networks common stock and cash, and Palo Alto Networks guaranteed CyberArk's obligations on them. The capped call transactions were also amended so dealers deliver PANW shares.
