Palo Alto Networks says it will acquire AI agent endpoint security firm Koi

Palo Alto Networks announced it will acquire Koi, an Israeli startup that secures AI agents, plugins and scripts on endpoints. After closing, Koi's technology is to extend Prisma AIRS and add AI attack-surface visibility to Cortex XDR. The price was not disclosed.
