PepsiCo signs multi-year AI and digital twin collaboration with Siemens and NVIDIA

At CES 2026 PepsiCo announced a multi-year collaboration with Siemens and NVIDIA that applies digital twins and AI agents to its plants and warehouses. Early pilots run at select U.S. manufacturing and warehouse sites, where layout and process changes are simulated before any physical work starts. The release ties the program to lower capital spending on facility upgrades and higher output.
