Synopsys Converge: AgentEngineer multi-agent chip design and Multiphysics Fusion preview

At its Converge conference, Synopsys previewed AgentEngineer, a multi-agent workflow that generates RTL from natural language and specifications and builds unit testbenches. It also put Multiphysics Fusion, which combines Synopsys EDA with Ansys signoff analysis, into beta with early customers. Synopsys claims 2x productivity for customers, up to 5x in select cases; these are company figures.
