Synopsys launches AgentEngineer agents on the Autopilot Platform

Synopsys introduced AgentEngineer long-horizon agents for chip design, built on a new Autopilot Platform for orchestration, memory and governance. Initial domains include verification, implementation, analog design, manufacturing and simulation. Synopsys says more than 50 customer engagements are underway and general availability is planned for the end of 2026.
