ServiceNow replaces its five license tiers with Foundation, Advanced and Prime AI bundles

From April 9, 2026 ServiceNow sells its products in three tiers ordered by AI maturity: Foundation for generative AI tasks, Advanced for agent-executed workflows, and Prime for replacing roles such as Level 1 service desk with AI agents. Several AI layers that were sold separately, including Workflow Data Fabric and AI Control Tower, are now bundled into the tiers. Pricing mixes per-seat licences with other meters and a pool of AI tokens in each product, and ServiceNow did not disclose prices. Traders will need the revenue per seat and consumption charges to judge the effect on subscription growth.
