Vertiv buys BMarko Structures to bring data center structural fabrication in-house

Vertiv acquired BMarko Structures LLC, a U.S. maker of custom-engineered steel and wood frames for data centers and AI factories. BMarko was founded in 2014, is based in Williamston, South Carolina, and recently expanded its facility to about 560,000 square feet. Vertiv says the deal adds structural fabrication capacity to its North American Infrastructure Solutions business; terms were not disclosed.
