Robinhood opens public testnet for Robinhood Chain, its Ethereum layer 2

Robinhood launched a public testnet for Robinhood Chain on February 10, 2026. The network is an Ethereum layer 2 built on Arbitrum technology, aimed at developers building tokenized real-world asset applications. Mainnet was set for later in 2026, and launch partners named at the testnet stage included Alchemy, Chainlink and LayerZero.
