TSMC 2026 shareholders' meeting accepts 2025 report and approves articles amendments

TSMC held its 2026 annual shareholders' meeting in Hsinchu on June 4. Shareholders acknowledged the 2025 business report and financial statements and approved amendments to the Articles of Incorporation. The 2025 figures presented were revenue of NT$3,809.05 billion and net income of NT$1,717.88 billion.
