What it is
Seraphic Security protects work inside the browser while a session is running, an area that traditional endpoint tools see only partly. CrowdStrike plans to bring that browser visibility into Falcon, so browser activity sits alongside endpoint and identity data.
Why it matters to the stock. Browsers are where much of employee work and AI tool use now happens, so this extends the Falcon footprint to a new surface.
