Identity security (SGNL)
Acquisition of SGNL announced January 2026; closing expected in the first quarter of fiscal 2027.
What it is
SGNL provides continuous identity authorization, which grants and revokes access for people, service accounts and AI agents based on live risk signals. CrowdStrike plans to extend these controls across SaaS and cloud access layers within Falcon.
Why it matters to the stock. Identity is a fast-growing security budget, and this deal adds a standalone access-control product to Falcon Identity Protection.
