What it is
Micron's planned multi-fab DRAM campus in Clay, New York, covered by a US government direct funding agreement. The first fab is under construction.
Why it matters to the stock. New York is a long-dated bet. A 2030 start adds little supply before the current AI cycle matures, so traders read it mainly as a capex and funding story.
