Coca-Cola said it is exploring a 2027 public listing in India for Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings, the parent of its largest Indian bottler, and plans to sell part of its stake. Preparations are underway for listings on the BSE and NSE, subject to market conditions and approvals, and Rothschild & Co is advising. Coca-Cola will remain an investor, and the listing would complete the refranchising of the Indian bottling business.
