Jennifer Mann to step down as North America president; John Murphy takes interim oversight

Jennifer Mann will step down as EVP and President of the North America operating unit effective August 1, 2026. John Murphy will oversee the unit on an interim basis until a permanent successor is named. Mann stays on as a senior advisor through April 2027.
