Directors Michael Cannon and Sohail Ahmed to retire November 2; board shrinks to 10

Lam Research said on August 27, 2026 that directors Michael R. Cannon and Sohail U. Ahmed will retire from the board effective November 2, 2026. They gave notice on August 24. The board will shrink from 12 members to 10, and the two are not standing for re-election at the November 3 annual meeting.
