NVIDIA names Suzanne Nora Johnson to board, effective July 13

NVIDIA said Suzanne Nora Johnson, former Vice Chairman of The Goldman Sachs Group, will join the board effective July 13, 2026 and sit on the Audit Committee. The board grows to eleven members on that date. This is a governance change with no operating impact.
