AMD appoints Tim Ryan to its board of directors

AMD appointed Tim Ryan, head of technology and business enablement at Citi and former U.S. chair and senior partner of PwC, to its board effective August 19, 2026. The appointment fills the seat being vacated by Joseph Householder, who is retiring after more than 11 years on the board. KC McClure was named chair of the Audit and Finance Committee in the same release.
