Micron CFO says HBM4 is in high-volume production and ramping in calendar Q1
At the Wolfe Research conference on February 11, 2026, CFO Mark Murphy said Micron was already in high-volume production of HBM4 and had begun shipping to customers. He said volumes were ramping in calendar Q1, a full quarter ahead of the timeline Micron gave in December, and that HBM4 speeds exceed 11 Gbps. He also rejected reports that Micron could be dropped from NVIDIA's HBM4 supplier list.
- HBM4 in high-volume production with shipments started, per the CFO
- Volume ramp in calendar Q1 2026, a quarter earlier than the December plan
- HBM4 speed above 11 Gbps per pin (company claim)
- Murphy called reports of removal from NVIDIA's HBM4 list inaccurate
